Our global communications team, centered in Jakarta, is vital to enhancing our brand visibility and supporting our sales efforts.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will support our marketing communication initiatives, with a strong focus on sales support communication. You will createengaging content, attend events, and connect with potential customers to promote Solinatra’s innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.

• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Support the sales team by developing sales support tools and materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our products.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Solinatra and engage with prospective customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility and drive the sales process toward closure in key accounts.

• Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies to accelerate the flow of qualified sales leads into the global sales organization.

• Collaborate with the global communication team to ensure consistent messaging across all markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Mid-career level of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a sales and marketing support role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for networking.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.

• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues is a plus.
